The Miss Minnesota Northern Lights Princess Program is designed to introduce young ladies, ages 5 through 12 years of age, to the Miss Minnesota and Miss America program before they reach competition age and to help them understand that Miss America is not just a dream but something they can begin preparing for at a young age. It allows them to work closely with the Miss Minnesota contestants who will serve as their role models and mentors through community service. 

 

Miss Minnesota Northern Lights Princess Official Application To become a participant in the Northern Lights Princess Program, the following steps must be completed:

• Fill out the Application Form. 

• Fill out the Health Form. Photo Release Agreement.

• Statement of Understanding

• Hold Harmless Agreement.

• Mail the completed forms with the  registration fee   ** If a returning Princess, cost reduced.

 

The registration fee includes:

• Princess Crowning Ceremony in June  - Location TBA.

• Princess Party and Lunch- TBA.

• Official Northern Lights Princess Crown (returning princesses will use previous years crown).

• Official Miss America Princess Sash.

• Crown Box.

• One Princess T-Shirt.

• 1 Ticket for Princess to attend Miss Minnesota and Miss Minnesota Outstanding Teen Preliminary.

• 1 Ticket for Princess to attend Miss Minnesota finals.

• Special on stage performance during Miss Minnesota Preliminary competition

• Participation in Final Night Miss Minnesota competition in opening and closing production numbers on stage.
